Mrs. CleanMol is a trusted residential and commercial cleaning company. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, experienced cleaners to join us on a part-time or on-call subcontractor basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours while working with a professional, organized company.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking professional cleaners who:

  • Have experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning (1+ year preferred).
  • Are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Communicate well and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Are comfortable using mobile apps (we use Jobber for scheduling and tasks).
  • Can travel to jobs.
  • Are able to work independently and follow checklists.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-standard cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
  • Follow company procedures and cleaning checklists.
  • Communicate with the office through the Jobber app.
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and professional.
  • Upload photos when required and report job completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (preferred).
  • Valid work authorization in Canada.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Smartphone with data (required for Jobber app).
  • Ability to lift/move cleaning supplies.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Background check required before onboarding.

Availability

  • Part-time
  • On-call / As needed
  • Hours vary based on scheduling, with potential for regular ongoing work

Compensation

  • Competitive subcontractor rates
