Sommaire du poste
Le superviseur est chargé d'améliorer et de développer en permanence des compétences spécifiques en matière de gestion en s'appropriant les responsabilités confiées par l'équipe de direction (le service à la clientèle, le merchandising, les opérations et la formation).
Ce que vous ferez :
• Atteindre et dépasser les ventes du magasin, les KPI et les objectifs personnels.
• Promouvoir et agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque Mackage en fournissant un service exceptionnel dans un environnement centré sur le client, à partir des connaissances des produits et d'une excellente expérience client.
• Assurer un engagement proactif des clients en s'appuyant sur le CRM et en développant la base de données clients.
• Mettre l'accent sur le service à la clientèle, les opérations et la formation aux produits tout en offrant des conseils et un encadrement à l'équipe.
• Soutenir toutes les tâches opérationnelles à l'avant et à l'arrière du magasin, y compris l'exécution, le traitement et la réception des envois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, tout en maintenant l'organisation du magasin.
• En l'absence du gérant de magasin et/ou de l'assistant, le superviseur assurera les opérations quotidiennes avec pour responsabilités (mais pas uniquement) d'ouvrir et de fermer le magasin, de mettre à jour les rapports, de communiquer efficacement avec les partenaires du siège, d'exécuter les responsabilités de merchandising visuel, de s'assurer que les normes du magasin soient maintenues et que les tâches opérationnelles soient constamment respectées.
• Soutenir le gérant du magasin et l'assistant en veillant à ce que les normes et les politiques de l'entreprise soient respectées, y compris les pratiques en matière d'intégrité et de prévention des pertes.
Ce qu'il vous faut :
• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un magasin ou dans un environnement de service à la clientèle.
• Une expérience de superviseur est un plus.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, de vente et de communication.
• Avoir une attitude positive, une apparence et un comportement professionnels.
• Aptitudes à la communication et à la résolution de problèmes simples liés au service à la clientèle de base.
• Bonne compréhension des tendances de la mode (un atout).
• Expérience du merchandising visuel (un atout).
• Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes d'exploitation des points de vente.

Summary of role
The Supervisor is responsible for continuously improving and developing specific management skills by taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned (i.e. Customer Service/Merchandising/Operations/Training) by the management team.
What you'll do:
• Meet and exceed store sales, KPIs and personal target.
• Promote and act as a brand ambassador of Mackage by providing exceptional service within a customer centric environment from product knowledge and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure proactive client engagement leveraging CRM and growing the clientele database.
• Provide a continuous focus on customer service, operations and product training while extending guidance and mentorship to team.
• Support all operational tasks front and back of house including fulfillment, processing, and receiving in bound and out bound shipments in addition to maintaining the organization of the store.
• In the absence of the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager, the supervisor will oversee daily operations with responsibilities (and not limited) to open and close the store, update reports, communicate to HQ partners effectively, execute Visual Merchandising responsibilities, ensure store standards are maintained and operational duties are consistently met.
• Support the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager ensuring company standards and policies are followed including integrity and loss prevention practices.
What you'll need:
• 1-2 years' experience in a store/customer service environment.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills set.
• Model a positive attitude, professional appearance and behavior.
• Communication skills and simple problem-solving skills related to basic customer service.
• Good understanding of fashion trends (an asset).
• Experience in visual merchandising (an asset).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.
