Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Support
- Prepare quotes, proposals, product details, and sales materials.
- Support the outside sales team by managing follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and documentation.
- Track leads and pipeline movement in HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain dealer records, builder contacts, and customer files.
- Assist with RFPs, bid documents, and trade show administration.
Customer & Dealer Communication
- Act as a professional point of contact for dealers, homeowners, and builder partners.
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Help onboard new dealers with product materials, training links, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and site visits for sales reps.
Process & Reporting
- Support marketing and sales alignment—ensuring lead handoff and tracking are accurate.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales activity.
- Maintain updated price lists, dealer matrices, and sales collateral.
- Assist in coordinating trade shows, dealer events, and product training sessions.
Product, Installation & Technical Coordination
- Work with production, installation, and customer service to ensure smooth project flow.
- Create job files and ensure required details (photos, measurements, product selections) are gathered.
- Track orders through the manufacturing process and update sales reps where needed.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales support, office administration, or customer service.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, or B2B sales support.
- Understanding of sales processes, quoting, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of screens, shades, door systems, or related products.
- Mandarin speaking

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
