Responsibilities

  • Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail
  • Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable styles
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied
  • Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and answering inquiries
  • Promote retail products related to eyelash care and other beauty services through upselling techniques
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong retail sales and upselling skills to promote additional products or services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment
  • Ability to work effectively at the front desk, managing appointments and client interactions
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
