We are hiring experienced Servers to join Aurora Italiana, Calgary's newest Italian dining experience in Bridgeland. Our ideal candidate is warm, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Server, you will guide guests through our Italian-inspired menu, make wine recommendations, and ensure every table feels cared for from start to finish.

You will be responsible for setting the tone for the guest experience, maintaining a clean and organized section, supporting your teammates, and upholding the service standards of a refined Italian restaurant. We are looking for servers who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy creating memorable dining moments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering warm, attentive, and professional service
  • Guiding guests through menu items and Italian wine selections
  • Taking accurate orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen
  • Running food, resetting tables, and supporting the FOH team
  • Ensuring all guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your section
  • Handling payments and closing checks accurately
  • Following all service procedures and restaurant standard

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years serving experience (fine dining or Italian cuisine experience is an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest care
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service
  • Basic wine knowledge (willingness to learn more about Italian wines)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Professional appearance and punctuality
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
