Role Description

We are looking for a skilled
ForgeRock Access Manager Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
with at least 3 years of experience in testing Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ForgeRock Access Manager functionalities—including authentication, authorization, and federation protocols—and proficiency in
Python
programming with experience in
pytest
and
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
.

This role requires self-motivation, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/DevOps environment. The candidate should be comfortable working across different technologies and take ownership of tasks from analysis to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain
    automated and manual test cases
    for ForgeRock Access Manager features.
  • Create and implement
    testing strategies and plans
    for comprehensive functionality and API coverage.
  • Use
    Python (pytest)
    for automated testing; apply OOP principles in test design.
  • Validate integration of
    authentication and authorization protocols
    such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Identify and document software defects in
    Jira
    , collaborating with developers and product teams for resolution.
  • Work with
    cross-functional teams
    (developers, architects, product owners) to ensure quality throughout SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA experience, particularly in
    Access Management solutions
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Access Manager modules
    and functionalities.
  • Proven expertise in
    Python test automation
    using
    pytest
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    OOP concepts
    and design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of
    authentication/authorization protocols
    (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, etc.).
  • Experience in
    integration, performance, and security testing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD tools
    such as Jenkins.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    ForgeRock Access Manager
    .
  • Knowledge of other
    IAM platforms
    (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Familiarity with
    API testing tools
    (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience with
    version control systems
    like Git.
