Overview
We are hiring for an accomplished digital commerce leader to define and execute the next stage of their online growth strategy. The Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing will oversee all aspects of digital performance, from brand visibility and acquisition to conversion optimization and customer retention, ensuring a seamless and profitable digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive online revenue, acquisition, and profitability with a clear focus on ROI and sustainable performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with technology, creative, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution across the business.
eCommerce Management
- Oversee the end-to-end online customer experience, ensuring optimal navigation, usability, and conversion.
- Lead continuous improvements in UX/UI, site performance, and SEO to achieve industry-leading standards.
- Manage digital platforms and third-party integrations to support scalability and operational excellence.
Marketing & Analytics
- Direct all paid, owned, and earned digital marketing channels including search, social, affiliate, and email.
- Build and optimize data-driven campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to guide decision-making and continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- 9+ years' senior-level experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, preference for CPG industry
- Track record of scaling online revenue, improving conversion metrics, and enhancing digital experience.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level eCommerce, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, marketing automation, data visualization tools).
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design, SEO best practices, and omnichannel strategy.
- Proven ability to lead data-driven performance marketing and budget management.
