Machine operator/General laborer/Snow removal

We are looking to add an Operator to our team who is also willing to provide laborer skills as needed. Snow removal services is a must AR license is preferred.

We are a family owned company currently in it's second generation. We are an honest and reliable team offering a variety of skill sets. Below is a list of the main services we provide.

Responsibilities:

General laborer/Machine operator

  • Mechanical knowledge and experience working with machinery and tools as needed
  • Experience with snow removal and salting
  • AR license preferred

Concrete

  • Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms
  • Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
  • Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality final product
  • Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work

Overall Responsibilities

  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Respect and maintenance of all equipment and job sites

Experience:

  • Previous experience working with machines is required: Excavator, Dozer, Loader, skid steer, etc.
  • AR license preferred.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
