Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Lakeshore Group Real Estate located in Century 21 Miller Brokerage in Oakville, ON. The Real Estate Agent will be a team player and be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include client consultations, property showings, market research, and negotiating deals. The role also includes providing top-notch customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Real Estate License
  • Expertise in real estate practices, real property management, and industry knowledge
  • Customer service and sales skills to effectively engage clients and close transactions
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Proficient in using real estate software and technology
