Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role involves working closely with young children, fostering their development through play-based learning, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop curriculum and enhance the daycare experience.
  • Observe and assess children's developmental milestones, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills and emotional growth.

Experience

  • Previous experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles.
  • Ability to engage children in educational activities while ensuring their safety.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
