Cloud, SaaS, and AI spending is driving the boom, but 30+% of every dollar spent on OpEx is wasted. Our mission is to bring accountability, efficiency, and business alignment to enterprise IT investments. We're seeking a talented, dedicated frontend engineer to join our founding team and help design and develop the next phase of our cutting-edge cost analytics platform.

About Us

Our team of Finance and AI experts is building a revolutionary AI-powered, low-code data analytics platform for FinOps and Finance teams. We empower organizations with accurate, relevant, actionable financial data to drive cost-aware, business-aligned investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Delight users of our AI-powered Finance data platform with an easy-to-manage control plane
• Design and build an intuitive low-code Finance-as-Code authoring environment for a non-technical audience with an emphasis on ease of use
• Develop consistent design and usability guidelines for the front-end
• Implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using and related technologies
• Build REST APIs for a Python web service and integrate with Cloud/SaaS provider APIs
• Build, test, and deploy solutions on cloud-native environments
• Familiar with Git basics and eager to grow through code reviews and collaboration.

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise front-end applications
• 4+ years of front-end web development experience using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, and 2+ years in TypeScript
• Expertise in React patterns such as compositional design, hooks, and flux (reducers, eg, Redux), etc.
• Experience building designs and mockups
• Experience with Python web services development, including designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience integrating with various clouds, SaaS provider APIs, and storage and data systems
• Experience managing cloud-native software development, CI/CD, and web service security
• The candidate must be legally employable in Canada, be able to join full-time, and be located in the greater Toronto area.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with integration with authentication/authorization systems
• Familiarity with FinOps and financial data platforms
• Familiarity with data engineering, ETL, and big data systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, logging/metrics, and cloud-native development
