As part of the sales team, Sales Consultants build respectful, trusted "business partner" relationships with customers, with relative ease. You enjoy the thrill of making a sale and knowing you're a trusted advisor in providing solution-based sales to customers to aid in the success of their operations. Sales Consultants are self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A background in agriculture or experience in the ag equipment industry — both are strong assets
  • Post-secondary education in Agribusiness or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build lasting customer relationships
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer-based tools
  • Flexibility to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • A valid driver's license is required
