Job Summary
The Associate Data Scientist is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources. This role focuses on generating actionable insights and solutions that enhance client services and product offerings. The position involves developing and coding software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing data models, algorithms, and automated workflows for data integration and analysis.
  • Support data cleansing and transformation activities to ensure data quality and consistency across sources.
  • Collaborate with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform business decisions and product improvements.
  • Participate in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Follow established standards, procedures, and best practices for data handling and analysis.
  • Engage in continuous learning through formal and on-the-job training programs.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic understanding of data science principles, statistical methods, and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Education & Experience
