Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years of relevant experience in
    financial services (asset management or capital markets) required
    .
  • 2-3+ years of experience in
    performance measurement
    within investments
    .
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance, portfolio management theory, and asset classes.
  • Advanced
    quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Graduate degree (MBA, MFin) or professional designation (CFA, FRM, CIPM).
  • Experience with P&L attribution and analysis.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Eagle PACE and Bloomberg.
  • Python

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Performance Measurement and Analytics team. This role is critical in managing complex investment performance and analytical reporting for multi-billion-dollar clients. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance data, collaborate with multiple teams, and mentor junior associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, develop, and present investment-related reports and analysis to monitor performance.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis on investment performance.
  • Develop performance measurement and attribution models for decision-making.
  • Manage and evaluate performance, risk, and attribution at various portfolio levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data Management, Investment Risk, Operations, IT) and external providers.
  • Support reporting environment enhancements and data integrity checks.
  • Provide analytical support and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior team members; review their work for accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic projects and governance initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
