Embroidery Machine Operator (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Operate embroidery machines and related equipment to create high-quality, detailed designs on a variety of fabrics and garments
  • Develop and adjust embroidery designs and patterns based on customer requests and brand guidelines
  • Select appropriate thread colors, backing, and fabrics to ensure excellent finished results
  • Monitor embroidery jobs for quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly
  • Keep organized records of embroidery projects, production details, and inventory levels
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining Polar Promotions' quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on embroidery experience, with a strong portfolio of completed work
  • Solid knowledge of different fabric types, thread materials, and stabilizers
  • Proficiency in operating embroidery machines and related equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
