Your Role

As Crop Input Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and manage the overall performance, maintenance, and safe, efficient operations of our crop input facilities.

Day to Day
  • Responsible for the business development and customer service operations of the facility
  • Oversee the daily operation of the facility
  • Perform regular maintenance and repair on facility equipment
  • Supervise and develop facility operators and truck drivers to ensure operations are safe, efficient, and profitable
  • Oversee all audits and safety programs
  • Assist with hiring full-time and seasonal operational staff
  • Perform all operational duties required at the facility as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the operation of a crop input facility and/or agricultural application equipment
  • Experience in team management or supervision, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient computer skills with aptitude for learning and adapting to new software applications
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills including working collaboratively with other business areas and departments
