What this role is all about:
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Delivery is a leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives through disciplined project delivery practices. This role will lead a team of senior project managers and delivery professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, fostering a culture of high performance, and embedding modern tools and technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics into delivery operations.
This role is open to hybrid working arrangements within British Columbia. It is primarily remote, but would require travel when needed.
What you'll do:
Strategic Delivery Leadership
Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and with measurable business impact.
Oversee the full project lifecycle across the portfolio, ensuring consistent application of delivery standards, governance, and risk management practices.
Champion the use of Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery frameworks (e.g., LeSS, ) to drive adaptability and speed to value.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Directly manage and mentor a team of senior project managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build delivery leadership capability across the organization through structured development, knowledge sharing, and succession planning.
Promote psychological safety, empowerment, and innovation within the team.
Technology-Enabled Delivery
Drive the adoption of AI-powered project management tools, predictive analytics, and workflow automation to enhance delivery efficiency and foresight.
Leverage Power BI and other business intelligence platforms to provide real-time visibility into project health, KPIs, financials, and resource utilization.
Continuously evaluate and implement modern delivery tools and platforms to streamline execution and reporting.
Enterprise Alignment & Governance
Collaborate with senior executives to align delivery priorities with strategic objectives and enterprise capacity.
Lead the evolution of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), ensuring robust governance, intake, prioritization, and resource planning processes.
Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and change across the initiative portfolio.
What you'll bring:
10+ years of progressive experience in delivery leadership, Agile transformation, or EPMO roles, including 4+ years in senior leadership positions.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs within regulated or high-stakes environments.
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are required.
Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery models, with experience scaling frameworks such as LeSS, , etc. across business and technology teams.
Strong command of project and portfolio management disciplines, governance frameworks, and financial oversight practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Adept at influencing, collaborating, and driving results in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Understanding or experience with workflow automations and modern AI tools will be an asset
What you'll gain:
- Competitive base salary; reviewed annually. The salary range for this position is $116,200 to $145,300, starting salary will be based on related education, accreditations, training, and experience.
