What are your contributions to the team?
  • Be accountable for the overall execution of your engineering-related portfolio:
    • Prioritization of PCRs according to business needs,
    • Lead PCRs through Change Management process,
    • Develop and track detailed schedules,
    • Monitor scope and budget,
    • Perform continuous risk management.
  • Lead and facilitate program reviews with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Manage governance related to your portfolio, prepare the necessary content for successful cross functional alignment;
  • Oversight of strategic PCRs, providing support to team members and visibility to leadership team;
  • Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels;
  • Identify new needs that will result in a work method or tool, to improve department's efficiency
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma and at least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace;
  • You have strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems
  • You have strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset;
  • You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset);
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management;
  • You have good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills;
  • You are customer oriented and innovative in problem solving;
  • You show an open mind and a great ability to work in a team;
  • You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy;
  • You are results oriented, and have good negotiations and influencing skills

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $86,200 to CAD $135,400 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier's sole discretion, such as the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
