We work diligently to base your schedule on clients that meet your skillset and availability. Must be in good standing with CNO, have a vulnerable sector police record check (VSPRC) within the last three months, have more than 3 months experience providing direct nursing care in any setting, community nursing is an asset.

Essential skills and certifications include:

CPI, MUMC Tracheostomy and Ventilation, medical equipment repurposing certificate, diabetic training

You are important to us

Community Nurses promote health and wellbeing within the community they work, by providing direct one-to-one healthcare to a client in their identified home setting as a representative of AGTA. You will be responsible for your client's holistic healthcare needs while supporting their individuality as a member of their community.

You provide holistic care as the primary provider within your assigned client population within their identified home setting.

You provide compassion, sensitivity, and practice leadership as you collaborate with your client to help them build up their Pillars of Wellness.

You play an integral role within a diverse and collaborative care team.

You will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment using best practice guidelines within your scope of practice.
