People who don't see 'problems' but instead identify 'challenges' and create a solution-based approach to these challenges are the people who will be positioned to succeed in this fast paced and exciting industry.

What's involved?

  • Resort Management - Oversee day to day running of one of our Cottage /RV Resorts.
  • Project Management - Help to oversee special projects.
  • Manage People - Recruit, train, support and meet regularly with your team.
  • Revenue Management - Meet targets for resort revenue, creating new sales opportunities.
  • Resort Compliance - Ensure that the properties meets required standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Guest Experience - Manage and improve guest experience, referrals and generate testimonials.
  • Marketing - Advertise the resort to generate sales of Resort Cottages, RVs and Accessory Sales.
  • Promotion - Attend all industry events, shows and grow our relationships with local partners.
  • Financial - Provide monthly review of financials if requested.

Experience

Previous experience in RV / Cottage Resort Management is desired but not essential for the role, however you must have a minimum of three years management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
