POSITION: HVAC - Electrical Journeyman

PAY: $ $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.

WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

LOCATION: Saskatoon, SK

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Troubleshooting issues with all residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints, or the current building/plumbing codes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation to guarantee conformance
  • Documenting service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records
  • Creating a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards
  • Providing excellent account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting testing, and resolving issues for both new and existing accounts professionally
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers
  • Stay current on industry developments and technologies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required
  • Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience
  • Routine maintenance experience
  • In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
