What you'll do:

As a Preferred and Small Business Banking Senior Training Specialist, you will serve as the lead facilitator and learning consultant for the training delivery team, responsible for delivering a wide range of high-impact programs that drive sales, service, and operational excellence across business lines. In this senior-level role, you will be expected to consistently demonstrate best-in-class facilitation skills and instructional presence. You will advise leadership on how to tailor and optimize delivery strategies to meet evolving business needs, mentor fellow instructors to elevate team performance, and collaborate closely with content development partners to ensure seamless and effective program execution. You will also evaluate the impact of training delivery using participant feedback and performance data, recommending strategic improvements that enhance enterprise learning outcomes and support workforce development goals.
  • Lead delivery of complex training programs requiring advanced facilitation skills and business acumen.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and recommend training strategies.
  • Serve as a role model facilitator, demonstrating expertise in engaging diverse audiences.
  • Coach and mentor instructors at all levels, providing feedback and best practices.
  • Monitor program effectiveness using surveys, performance data, and ROI measures.
  • Represent the training delivery function in cross-functional and enterprise L&TD initiatives.
  • Introduce and model innovative facilitation practices to elevate learner engagement.
  • Provide consultation to managers and business leaders on workforce readiness and skill development.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of related experience in learning and talent development, public speaking, presentation skills, or similar or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Intermediate experience in financial services preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with facilitation techniques.
  • Intermediate to advanced detail orientation and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced public speaking experience required.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience hosting and presenting training sessions to diverse audiences preferred.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $ $39.46 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
