We are an established automotive sales and finance company with direct access to multiple lending institutions. We specialize in structured approvals and subprime and prime financing. Our role is to approve, structure, fund, and ensure compliance on automotive finance deals submitted by our sales partners.

This role is for experienced automotive sales professionals who want to operate independently without dealership politics, payroll limits, or micromanagement. You will run your own book of business while leveraging our centralized finance desk for approvals and funding.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close vehicle sales independently
  • Acquire and manage your own leads (internet, referral, social, etc.)
  • Collect and submit complete deal packages for approval
  • Work within defined approval and compliance guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with customers through the sales process

We Provide:

  • CRM Access if needed

We Do NOT Provide:

  • Leads or marketing budget (can be negotiated at a different percentage)
  • Salary, hourly pay, or draw
  • Sales training or daily supervision (unless asked)
  • Guaranteed income or minimum volume

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive sales experience required
  • Comfortable operating on a commission-only basis
  • Ability to source and fund your own leads
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ethical, compliant approach to sales

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
