Independent Automotive Sales Partner

This is an independent contractor role. No leads are provided. Applicants must be sourcing and paying for their leads. Compensation is based solely on funded and delivered Automotive deals.
We are an established automotive sales and finance company with direct access to multiple lending institutions. We specialize in structured approvals and subprime and prime financing. Our role is to approve, structure, fund, and ensure compliance on automotive finance deals submitted by our sales partners.
This role is for experienced automotive sales professionals who want to operate independently without dealership politics, payroll limits, or micromanagement. You will run your own book of business while leveraging our centralized finance desk for approvals and funding.
Responsibilities:
- Source and close vehicle sales independently
- Acquire and manage your own leads (internet, referral, social, etc.)
- Collect and submit complete deal packages for approval
- Work within defined approval and compliance guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers through the sales process
We Provide:
- Centralized finance desk for deal review, structuring, and approvals
- Access to multiple lending institutions through our finance platform
- Guidance on inventory sourcing and vehicle selection
- Support with vehicle purchasing and delivery coordination
- Compliance, documentation, and funding on approved deals
- Payout on funded contracts
- Clear submission guidelines and fast approval decisions
- CRM Access if needed
We Do NOT Provide:
- Leads or marketing budget (can be negotiated at a different percentage)
- Salary, hourly pay, or draw
- Sales training or daily supervision (unless asked)
- Guaranteed income or minimum volume
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Comfortable operating on a commission-only basis
- Ability to source and fund your own leads
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ethical, compliant approach to sales

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
