Cabinet Maker

Budal Construction Group is expanding our Millwork Division, and we're looking for experienced, detail-driven Cabinetmakers to join our team.

This role is based in our state-of-the-art Millwork shop in Red Deer, where we fabricate custom commercial millwork for brands across Western Canada — including restaurants, retail, and high-end interior environments.

• Skilled Cabinetmakers / Millworkers
• (Experience in commercial cabinetry, CNC, finishing, or assembly is an asset)

Ideally, the successful applicant will have at least 5 years experience working in a shop environment. Wage is dependent on experience and level of apprenticeship completed.

Candidates who meet the following requirements are invited to apply:

• the ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• experience with plastic laminate, veneer, solid surface, and hardwood fabrication
• knowledge of all shop machinery and safety protocols
• ensure the conformity of finished products
• be capable of routinely lifting up to 50lbs, standing, walking, and bending
• be available to work overtime or weekends if required
• be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• work cooperatively and effectively with team members
• adhere to safety program and lead by example
