Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering personalized treatments, promoting skincare products, and contributing to a welcoming guest environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a commitment to sanitation and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct retail sales of skincare products and promote product demos to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and during consultations.
  • Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
  • Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty treatments, including nail care and hair styling techniques.
  • Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist.
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, or guest services preferred.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
  • Skills in body waxing, eyelash lifting and tinting , makeup application, nail care, and massage
  • Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a healthy professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience working at the front desk or in hospitality settings is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
