Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help create great guest experiences. This role involves running the lounge independently during shifts, ensuring customers are well taken care of, and keeping operations smooth.
What We're Looking For
- Greet and assist guests as they enter the golf shop, providing information about merchandise and services.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including sales and refunds.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Provide food service as needed, ensuring that all items are prepared and presented according to standards.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience through excellent guest services and hospitality.
- Conduct public speaking engagements or demonstrations related to golf products or services when required.
- Assist with events or activities involving children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
