*** About the Position ***
We are looking to fill ONE (1) Instrumentation Controls Engineer/Technologist positions to join our team. Junior level experience applicants will be considered.

Office Job Functions:
- Assist in the development of P&IDs and drafting using AutoCAD Plant3D P&ID by ensuring proper instrument symbology and control loop definition.
- Sizing of control valves and flow devices.
- Specify instrumentation (selection, technical data sheets, bid analysis and recommendations).
- Prepare instrument data sheets, wiring diagrams, instrument layout drawings and installation details.
- Preparing electrical deliverables such as power plan and load list.
- Understanding of various plant process.
- Understanding and preparing deliverables of Control system design and documentation (control narratives, functional specifications, Boolean logic diagrams, control system panel design).
- PLC integration experience is an asset.
- Work closely with Process and Mechanical engineering departments to resolve technical issues
- Communicate with various vendors to gather quotes and issue purchase orders. Review and check calculations, design models and drawings and design documents prepared by vendors. Effectively communicate with our customers and suppliers.
- Support our Sales Department in development of engineering estimates and input into proposal
- Team worker, rapid pace worker and eager to learn new programs.
Field Commissioning Work:
- Able and willing to travel around the world to various job sites for extended lengths of time.
- Project & coordination meetings, info gathering, field verification.
- Participate construction, commissioning and start-up.
- Hands-on field work involving removal/replacement of faulty instruments and field devices, field wiring changes (low voltage), other mechanical hands-on field work.
- Collaborating with Plant, Consultant and fellow Lundberg engineers.
Qualifications:
- Must have Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma/Degree – Instrumentation/Controls, Automation, Mechatronics Option.
- Industrial Instrumentation & Control engineering experience.
- Experiences in AutoCAD and/or Plant 3D.
- Solid knowledge and experience with selection/sizing of instrumentation and automated valves.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite and Windows including Teams).
- Writing and speaking Portugal is asset.
