OnSite Coordinator

* Act as the primary liaison between onsite client stakeholders and offshore engineering teams, ensuring technical clarity, timely delivery, and alignment with enterprise standards.
* Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and architects to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications and user stories.
* Participate in enterprise-level design discussions and architecture reviews involving **Microservices**, **Event-Driven Architecture**, and **API-first** approaches.
* Oversee the design and development of **microservices using Java Spring Boot**, ensuring they are modular, scalable, and optimized for high availability.
* Manage development and integration of **.NET Core-based Web APIs**, facilitating interaction between distributed systems and front-end applications.
* Implement and manage **asynchronous communication** between microservices using **RabbitMQ**, ensuring reliability and message integrity across workflows.
* Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage **AWS Cloud environments** (including EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS), ensuring cost-effective and resilient deployments.
* Contribute to setting up **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring automated builds, testing, and deployments for faster delivery cycles.
* Lead implementation of **logging, monitoring, and analytics** through **ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)** to ensure system observability and proactive issue resolution.
* Conduct **code reviews**, ensure adherence to **secure coding practices**, and promote use of **SOLID principles** and **design patterns** across teams.
* Coordinate with QA and release teams for testing, validation, and production deployment activities.
* Manage and resolve technical dependencies between components developed by offshore teams and ensure consistency across environments.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore developers, ensuring quality and compliance with enterprise best practices.
* Prepare and maintain detailed **technical documentation**, **design artifacts**, and **project reports** for stakeholder reference.
* Contribute to **continuous improvement initiatives**, including automation, performance optimization, and process efficiency.
* Maintain deep understanding of the **product domain**, **business workflows**, and **enterprise integrations** to guide design and implementation decisions.
**Skills and Experience:**
* Advanced technical expertise in **Java (Spring Boot)** for microservices and **.NET Core** for API development.
* Strong front-end understanding with **React**.
* Proficiency in **AWS Cloud Services** including EC2, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
* Experience with **RabbitMQ** for event-driven architecture and **ELK Stack** for system observability.
* Familiarity with **containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)** and **CI/CD pipelines**.
* Strong foundation in **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to coordinate globally distributed teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.
