Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Photographer/Videographer to join our innovative team at Toronto Smile Design – Yorkville Dental. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for storytelling through visual media and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will play a vital role in capturing the artistry of our dental work, documenting clinical excellence, and transforming it into inspiring content that resonates across digital platforms.

You'll collaborate directly with our clinical and marketing teams to produce photos, videos, and campaigns that reflect our brand's vision — blending science, art, and digital design into one cohesive story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality clinical and lifestyle photography/videography in-office — including patient transformations, procedures, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure premium-quality footage.
  • Edit and refine visual content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to ensure projects are well-organized and aligned with clinic objectives.
  • Manage posting schedules, engagement metrics, and digital assets efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on website design and digital branding projects, ensuring a visually cohesive online presence.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in visual storytelling, digital marketing, and social media algorithms to continuously elevate content quality.

Requirements

  • Formal training or professional experience in photography, videography, or multimedia production (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; Final Cut Pro is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color correction, and sound principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture emotion and authenticity in both clinical and lifestyle settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project goals.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Genuine passion for visual storytelling, innovation, and personal growth.
  • Interest or experience in web design and digital marketing is a strong advantage.
