As Director, Operations, you'll be responsible for the effectiveness of operations across the Bank, directly overseeing Mortgage Operations and Deposit Operations, and supporting all matters of Operations. What You Bring to the Table

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Commerce or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in management/leadership roles.
  • Expertise in operations management, team building, process analysis, and project management.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and performance management skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian financial regulatory environment, underwriting processes, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize in a deadline-driven environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.
