Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support secure CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard DevOps tools
  • Integrate application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into build and deployment pipelines
  • Automate security checks and enforce security gates across SDLC
  • Support pipeline operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to remediate vulnerabilities
  • Implement secure source control, artifact management, and deployment practices
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and improve pipeline security, reliability, and scalability
  • Maintain documentation for DevSecOps processes, controls, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as
    Veracode, Snyk, Checkmarx, Fortify
  • Experience with source control management systems (GitHub, GitLab)
  • Knowledge of artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory)
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of secure SDLC and DevSecOps best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking or regulated environments
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Security compliance frameworks (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
