DOF Canada is currently seeking a
Document Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Document Control processes for DOF Canada;
  • Assist in the identification, preparation, formatting, registering, scanning, collation, quality check, issue and filing of documentation as required;
  • Hard copy archiving / filing of documentation from vessels, projects and departments as specified by the Project / Department Managers and updating relevant document registers;
  • Support the continual improvement of an effective Business Management System complying with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Requirements
Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration with a concentration in Records and Information Management Diploma
  • Experience in using a Document Control Software to manage documents
  • 1-3 years' experience in administering Document Control preferably in the offshore energy industry
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
