We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative
Product Analyst
to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical acumen and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in ticket management, requirement documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and creating engaging presentations, mock-ups, and demonstrations.
A Day In The Life Of a Product Analyst
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clear and actionable details for ticket creation and resolution.
- Oversee and manage development and change management tickets, ensuring timely updates and prioritization.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various projects.
- Laise with internal teams to design comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate system functionality against requirements.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, challenges, and insights.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a product/business analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong understanding of UAT processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON

We are offering
$65,000- $70,000/year CAD
for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly/yearly performance bonuses.
