Account Manager

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

About the Role

We are currently seeking a
Safety Services Account Manager
with a strong understanding of safety practices, confined space work, and industrial job site environments. This role is focused on developing trusted client relationships, identifying safety needs, and delivering the right safety solutions to support safe and successful operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell confined space rescue, industrial safety, and related services
  • Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships within assigned territories
  • Understand job site hazards, safety requirements, and client-specific needs
  • Conduct site visits to assess safety risks and service requirements
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements accurately and on time
  • Attend safety meetings, job kick-offs, and client planning sessions as required
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
  • Act as a trusted safety partner and brand ambassador

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in safety services, confined space work, construction, mining, or industrial environments
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards (OHSA, WSIB, Ministry of Labour)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office; CRM experience considered an asset)
