Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills to support our dealership's operations.

Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed
  • Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, providing friendly and professional service
  • Guide vehicles to designated parking areas and organize lot inventory
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, secured, and ready for display or test drives
  • Monitor the lot for safety hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
  • Support with light administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory and customer interactions
  • Provide assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for assisting with vehicle movement on the lot
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
