What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Growth
- Own and expand Zoho's presence across Quebec and surrounding regions
- Build and execute sophisticated sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious targets
- Focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with complex, high-value sales cycles
- Leverage Zoho-provided leads while cultivating your own pipeline through strategic prospecting
Be a Trusted Advisor
- Master Zoho's comprehensive product suite—features, functionalities, integrations, and AI capabilities
- Understand customer business challenges deeply and architect tailored solutions
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase transformation potential
- Negotiate complex deals and close significant opportunities
Build Long-Term Relationships
- Cultivate enduring partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintain a consultative approach focused on genuine customer success
- Leverage your existing network while strategically expanding your sphere of influence
- Represent Zoho as a thought leader in the Quebec business community
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with product development, marketing, and customer success teams
- Align sales initiatives with product enhancements and marketing campaigns
- Provide valuable market feedback to inform product development
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Continuously update your knowledge on new product releases and enhancements
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
- Adapt strategies based on evolving customer needs and market dynamics
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Qualifications:
- Complete bilingualism (French/English) - native or bilingual proficiency
required - 5-7+ years of proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- B2B software sales expertise, preferably in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and demonstration abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both languages

- You have the technical acumen to master complex product suites quickly

- You're ready to step into management responsibilities as the region grows
Location Flexibility:
- This hybrid role is based in Montreal or Cornwall, with regular collaboration at our Cornwall office
- Candidates must be willing and able to commute to Cornwall as required
