We're growing and looking for an experienced Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional who can handle both estimating and project management duties. This role requires strong construction knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to overlook multiple roofing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and proposals to determine project scope.
  • Source materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
  • Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Schedule crews, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress
  • Perform pre -site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management (roofing, siding and metal experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
  • Proficient with estimating softwares.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
