Our company's goal is to provide comprehensive, high-quality physiotherapy services and we are looking for an experienced PTA & OTA to join our team. We are looking for an energetic and committed professional who can build relationships with our clients .

• Assisting managing invoices and account billing
• Creating & Submitting OCF-18 Treatment Plans after patients and provider reviewed
• Sending clinical notes to physio clinics and lawyers' offices as required.
• Sending outstanding balance to lawyers as requested
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate staff activities.
• Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Required skills:
• Minimum one years of experience in a similar post preferably within psychological clinics, rehab or physiotherapy centers.
• Have a good knowledge of Universal system is a must.
• Familiar with book keeping and account billing (preferably Wave software).
• Proficient in effectively communicating with both insurance adjusters and legal teams.
• excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a consistently positive and proactive attitude in all interactions and tasks.
• Working under supervision of OT/PT

Responsibilities:

• Perform exercise with patient.

Requirements:

Must have OTA & PTA Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
