Job Description

As a Holiday Season Charcuterie Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and assembly of our charcuterie boxes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepping and Slicing Meats: Safely and skillfully handling various meats, ensuring precise and consistent slicing for optimal presentation.

  • Wselectionsashing and Cutting Fruits: Cleaning, peeling, and cutting a variety of fresh fruits

  • Preparing and Packaging Dips: Crafting delicious and artfully presented dips

  • Assembling Boxes: Carefully arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, dips, and other accompaniments in our signature packaging.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is a plus, but not required.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing presentations.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak holiday periods.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Food safety knowledge and adherence to hygiene standards.
