Job Overview:
At Northside Toyota, the role of an Automotive Service Technician involves performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing various vehicle systems in cars and light trucks. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as a safe, clean and friendly work environment.
Duties:
- Alignment of wheels, axles, frames and steering mechanisms
- Engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, differentials, brakes, drive shafts, axles and other assemblies
- Suspension systems, including shock absorbers and spring assemblies
- Ignition, charging and starting systems, panel instruments, wiring and other electrical/electronic systems and equipment
- Fuel and engine management and emission control systems
- Air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems
- Professional service and/or repair vehicles as assigned
- General repairs - oil changes, tires,
- Operation of a hoist
- All vehicle repairs are based on the level of experience
- Complete work in accordance with the applicable safety requirement
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 310s License
- License to work with refrigeration
- Hybrid technician certified
- Organized
- Good team player
