Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work at heights safely and efficiently. As a Roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and longevity of our clients' roofs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs.
• Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and provide recommendations for repairs.
• Ensure all roofing work is completed according to safety standards and building codes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment safely, including ladders, scaffolding, and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary changes.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in roofing (at least 10 years), particularly in SBS and torch on
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction work is preferred.
