We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain store standards
• Oversee employees responsible for: managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Other tasks may be assigned by management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management; hardware or home improvement store experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
