Infinity Plumbing and Heating is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Plumber to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial construction.

Position Details

  • Permanent, full-time position in Brandon, Manitoba.
  • 40 hours per week with the option to work overtime
  • Primarily commercial job sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial (multi-unit family buildings) plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Perform plumbing work on active job sites, specifically multi-unit buildings
  • Supervise and manage a small crew of apprentices and/or labourers
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Coordinate materials, layout, and scheduling with other trades
  • Ensure all work complies with Manitoba plumbing codes and safety standards

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber certification (Manitoba or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably on commercial job sites
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small crew and work independently
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, Manitoba codes, and safety standards
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
