Duties and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field.

  • Proficiency in painting, drywall, and tiling.

  • Strong communication skills to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial setting.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

  • Reliable transportation to various job sites is essential.

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian is considered an asset.

  • Ability to read and work with drawings is considered an asset.

Approximately 90% of our work consists of commercial projects, primarily focused on government contracts. We service GTA, Southern and parts of Northern Ontario; the successful candidate will be required to travel to locations such as Kingston, Sarnia, London etc.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
