Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and make them feel at home
  • Assist in selecting baby and children's clothing, women's apparel, accessories, and gear
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation through organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and exchanges with a positive attitude
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly store environment
  • Guide customers through creating gift registries

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
  • A passion for fashion, with familiarity in baby and children's products being a plus

We are looking for part time key-holder roles at our Toronto location (at THE WELL), with flexible availability throughout the week and weekends. Candidate must be willing to open and close the store and work weekends. Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
