Brief Description
We are seeking a
Control Systems Specialist
to lead the design and implementation of industrial control systems and OT networks for projects across several industries and market sectors. This role is critical to delivering safe, reliable, and cyber secure automation solutions for our clients.

  • Design and document control systems: Develop detailed drawings, control narratives, I/O lists, and shutdown keys and for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
  • Industrial network architecture: Design complex industrial networks that involve redundancy, physical and VLAN segmentation, and secure remote access aligned.
  • PLC/SCADA programming and integration:

  • Rockwell Automation ControlLogix/CompactLogix/FactoryTalk View

  • SEL RTAC, DPAC, and Axion
  • Ignition SCADA

  • Protocol implementation: EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, IEC?61850, OPC UA.

  • Network Configuration: Managed switch configuration (SEL, Cisco, Rockwell).
  • Testing and commissioning: Lead FAT/SAT, site commissioning, and operator training.
  • Cybersecurity compliance: Apply zoning and segmentation principles

Requirements

  • 15+ years in industrial automation and control system design.
  • Proven experience creating network architecture diagrams and implementing secure OT networks.
  • Strong background in PLC/HMI/SCADA design, programming, and integration.
  • Hands on experience with Rockwell, SEL, and Ignition.
  • Deep understanding of industrial protocols.
  • Exposure to Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware, Honeywell, or DeltaV platforms preferred.
  • Background in power systems preferred.
  • Experience with mining and renewable energy preferred.
