Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
This role reports to the Director, Business Management within the Strategy & Portfolio Management (SPM) team in Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS). As part of this team, you will be a key player in helping deliver insights to SPM team and various stakeholders by providing inputs into processes and helping prepare reporting insights.

You will be responsible for helping our team manage its day-to-day Business Management functions, operations and help deliver strategic priorities for the group.

What will you do?

  • Supports various BAU portfolio, vendor and financial activities for SPM team
  • Working with large sets of data to prepare and distribute various reports and reporting components related to vendors, headcount, and financials as part of our monthly reporting cycle
  • Help with creating executive level insights/analysis related to vendors, headcount, and financials, and assist with annual fiscal planning
  • Act as first point-of-contact for vendor related inquiries and perform supplier manager function for certain vendors
  • Manage SOW creation/renewals for QTS via SharePoint and manage approvals using Beeline tool
  • Oversee/manage/approve resource hiring requests for QTS via ROAR tool
  • Prepare and work on various ad-hoc asks/projects as they arise
  • Keep process documentation up to date and automate manual processes and reporting where possible.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:

  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Tableau.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical skills – proven experience conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation to providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level.
  • Strong communication skills, to synthesize data and simplify a complex problem for an executive audience
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in business or vendor management related role
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and MIS.
  • Financial designation
