Being a Planning Project Manager with us means putting your passion and talent to work for the team.

As a Planning Project Manager, you will contribute to the preparation, validation, and implementation of planning processes in collaboration with the Director of Planning Projects. You will ensure data quality, plan reliability, and alignment between demand, production, and supply, playing a key role in operational performance and continuous improvement.

You will also provide strategic support and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Analyze a project's business requirements to understand the organizational context and assess its impact on company processes;
  • Identify, define, and analyze the needs underlying various projects;
  • Translate operational and functional requirements to development teams;
  • Participate in improving the company's operational processes;
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational (planning) data to support decision-making and continuous improvement;
  • Participate in data migration and validation (data cleansing, mapping, testing);
  • Train users on best practices and system enhancements;
  • Draft and maintain procedures, user guides, and operating instructions related to planning.

You are the person we're looking for if you have:

  • A degree in administration, logistics, or a combination of education and relevant experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector;
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (Kanban, min/max, MRP) and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 is an asset);
  • Strong knowledge of organizational process analysis methods;
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP concepts and information systems;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong communication skills (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various internal teams;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information;
  • The ability to influence, persuade, and initiate required changes;
  • Autonomy, initiative, team spirit, attention to detail, and strong listening skills.
