We're seeking bold thinkers who bring technical leadership, build trust, and deliver excellence in the face of complex challenges.Your ImpactDesign and oversee construction of mine waste containment systems that protect communities and ecosystemsLead geotechnical investigations and stability analyses to support safe, sustainable mining operationsDevelop long-term strategies for waste and water management that align with environmental goalsPrepare clear, data-driven technical documentation and performance reviewsEnsure compliance with environmental and safety regulations across diverse project sitesCollaborate with geology, water resources, and project delivery teams to drive integrated solutionsThe Skills That Set You Apart5–7 years of experience in mine waste or geotechnical engineering environmentsBachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for licensureExperience with tailings dam design concepts, best practices, and guidelinesWillingness to travel, including extended site assignments in Canada and abroadClear, informed technical communication and documentation skillsAdaptable mindset with a collaborative approach to delivery Preferred:Master's degree in a related fieldFamiliarity with permitting processes and environmental regulationsExperience leading project execution and multidisciplinary teamsCompensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $98,800 – $130,800
MB & ON: $90,100 – $124,100
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $89,200 – $118,500 Disclosure:
