Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Hamilton, ON. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing communications, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include assisting with research, preparing reports, and providing support across various departments as needed. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and time management
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication and documentation
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and record-keeping
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and an ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with standard office tools and technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous
